Overcoming the financial constraints and challenges, India Fencers have been displaying their best performance and winning laurels for the country. Ms. CA Bhavani Devi has current FIE Ranking of 37, which is the best ever for any Indian Fencer so far.
Indian Fencers also won medals in some Open Championships including the Thailand Open, Jordan Open, etc during same period.
